One late night, just me with a camcorder, a tripod and my imagination of the moon.

The moon breathes, approaches us, plays with us, divides like a cell into two moons and then fades into the night. The film inspires thoughts about relative motion; we are accustomed to seeing the moon move through the sky, but we know it’s because the earth is turning. Lynn Loo’s camera becomes ‘attached’ to the moon and moves it in ways that play with the moon’s romantic associations. – Guy Sherwin
